Our story is, above all, the story of a shared vision: to be the home of Italian frozen bakery. We began our journey in the early 1980s, driven by the entrepreneurial spirit of our founder, Sabato Bruno. Through dedication and a genuine passion for our work, we transformed a small pastry workshop in Castel San Giorgio, just outside Salerno, into a respected and recognised name in the frozen bakery industry.

Together with Antonino, Ivan and Alessandro—the sons of our founder—we have invested in cutting-edge technologies for the production, storage and distribution of our products. Day after day, this is how we are laying the foundations for continuous, sustainable growth.
