Our story is, first and foremost, the story of a shared vision: to be the home of Italian Frozen Bakery.We started out in the early 1980s thanks to the initiative of Sabato Bruno, our founder. With dedication and love for our work, we succeeded in transforming a small pastry workshop in Castel San Giorgio, just outside Salerno, into a company recognized and appreciated in the world of frozen bakery products.

A success story owing not only to Sabato’s pioneering spirit, but also to the innovative approach of the new generation. Together with Antonino, Ivan and Alessandro – our founder's sons – we have invested in cutting-edge technologies for the production, preservation and distribution of our products. In this way, day after day, we are laying the foundations for our continued and steady growth.
